  2. How many times in the year will they spend money?
  3. How many other people would they recommend?
  4. How long will I retain them as a customer for?
  5. What is the lifetime value of the customer
  6. What percentage am I prepared to give of my new customers first years sales?
  7. What is my target for the number of new customers?
