The Brief:
TWO Marketing were asked to research the consumer parcels market and create a new product where you can book, pay and track a parcel collection and delivery online.
The Solution:
TWO Marketing carried out research to understand what people wanted in relation to shipping parcels. Based on the wants and needs of eBayers and competitor research, TWO produced a detailed business requirements document with a full 5 year business plan for a simple and easy to use product that saves consumers and small businesses time and money.
Myhermes was designed, built, tested and was launched in May 2009. To support the launch TWO Marketing also designed and printed internal communications to support the 7500 couriers and 1400 staff training. This included a training website, training brochures, banners and posters demonstrating all the processes.
