Internal Employee Conferences

Like an exhibition the same principles apply to the management of staff conferences.  TWO Marketing can fully manage your conference or just support with the arrangements.  We can arrange for celebrity and motivational speakers to form part of your agenda and manage team building entertainment.

It is important that Day 2 of a staff conference strikes the right balance and TWO Marketing has a great, fun-based solution for either a 2.5 or 4 hour session that gets the best out of team work.  This involves working together in teams using different types of simulation skills which will establish a constructive, team-oriented atmosphere in the workplace.  The end result will strengthen members' rational and interpersonal problem-solving skills, demonstrate and promote synergy within groups and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of individual and group decision making
